Bob graduated from San Jose State University in 1974 with a degree in psychology. He completed his Master’s degree in Counseling & Educational Psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno in 1979. He has been a State- licensed Marriage & Family Therapist since 1983. He began his clinical profession in 1974 as a staff member of the Veteran’s Hospital at both Menlo Park, CA and Reno, NV. Bob was Counseling-Unit Coordinator of Job Opportunities In Nevada (JOIN) from 1978 to 1989. He supervised a staff of 20 covering six Northern Nevada offices. He conducted career planning and personal development workshops monthly. Bob was a community college instructor and counselor from 1982 to 1997 at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno and Lake Tahoe Community College (LTCC) respectively. He was also instrumental in the development of the Addiction Studies Program at LTCC. Bob was the Clinical Coordinator of Children’s Cabinet at Incline Village from 1992 to 2001. In this capacity, he supervised 4 interns in conjunction with treating clients. |
Diana has a Master’s degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has been a State-licensed Marriage & Family Therapist since 1995 and a State-licensed Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor since 1991. In her capacity as a licensed mental health provider, she interfaced with numerous people and organizations. She provided assessments, evaluations and progress reports to the Criminal Justice System, State and Federal Departments of Parole & Probation, Social Services, and the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation. Diana developed the curricula for a State-licensed DUI school that she owned and operated at Incline Village, NV from 1994 to 2002. Diana was an associate faculty member of Lake Tahoe Community College (LTCC) from 1995 to 2001. She developed and taught the curricula for the Addiction Studies Program at LTCC. She serves on the LTCC Addiction Studies Advisory Committee. Diana is a “2003” graduate of Leadership Lake Tahoe. |

In summary, Bob and Diana completed 2 years intensive studies to become Certified Enneagram Trainers by the Enneagram Institute based in New York City. They both have extensive backgrounds in working with people and organizations. They have experience working as Employee Assistance Providers. They both own and operate sole-proprietorships and a Corporation. With their organizational background, educational training in psychology, professional expertise in interpersonal communication, and certification in the Enneagram personality system, Bob and Diana offer quality and multi-faceted communications consulting services. |
