The curriculum is designed for anyone who is interested in learning the
Enneagram as applied to personal and relationship development. The best approach is starting with the Introduction course
and then proceeding on from there. However, those who have been trained somewhat in the Enneagram can start
with more advanced courses.
PD 101:
Introduction
to the Enneagram
Students are introduced
to the basic dynamics of
the Enneagram, including a brief survey of its origins.
Correlations are shown between the infrastructure of the Enneagram and
the tripartite anatomy of the human brain. Three centers of intelligence are presented. By taking an Enneagram
inventory, students determine with what personality
they best identify to. Illustrated is how we are all connected to the 9
points of the Enneagram. Fictional characters portrayed in the
cinema are correlated with Enneagram
personalities . Students continuing with the intensive portion of the training
learn practical applications of the coursework.

Beginning
Wellness Intervention Strategies:
Loosening the Grip of Personality.
Personality is presented
within the context of its correlation to levels of of stress, and how well
the self is coping with life stressors. Personality is presented as
a psychological defense to stress. A model of wellness is presented
for the self management of stress. The overall goal of wellness
strategies targets "loosening the grip" of personality, and thus
becoming more adaptable to handle daily life stressors.

103: Introduction
to the Enneagram &
Relationship Communication
This course
introduces the interpersonal personality dynamics of the
Enneagram. Reviewed
are the 9
personality styles of the Enneagram, and are explored in regard to relationship combinations.
There is a concentration on basic communication
skills between partners, especially on empathic listening (mirroring). Empathic
listening is applied in the context of hearing, in the context of
Enneagram dynamics, each others Basic Fear and Basic Desire.
Time is taken beforehand to identify our own Basic Fear
and Basic Desire.

201: Intermediate
Instruction to the Enneagram
This course takes
your understanding of the
Enneagram to the next level of comprehension and application. Introduced
are the Levels of Health applied to the 9
personality energies, the Directions of health, the Wings and the
Instinctual Variants. Further
explored are the dynamics and interrelationship of the 3 Centers
of Intelligence and the Triadic Self.
PD 301:
Advanced
Instruction to the Enneagram
This advanced course integrates all theory
and application of the Enneagram. Further explored is how the Enneagram
can be used strategically in all our relationships:
intimate partners, family, friends and colleagues. Successful
completion of this workshop is part of the graduation requirement for
those students who are seeking LTWI
certification.
